Yes. Signeez uses end-to-end encryption, OTP-based document access, and optional KYC verification (photo + location) to ensure only authorized recipients can view or sign your documents.
You can upload PDF, Word, or JPEG files up to 25MB in size. Once uploaded, you can assign signers, reviewers, and configure fields (signature, date, stamp).
Recipients get an email with a secure link. If enabled, they must first complete OTP verification or KYC (photo & location). They can either type name as a Signature or can draw it or upload.
Yes. Individuals can create personal signature templates. Corporate users can also create official stamp templates for branding. Both are reusable for faster document preparation.
Each document shows real-time status: Sent, Viewed, and Signed — with exact timestamps and recipient details. You can also view full audit trails in the Document Details page.
Yes. Use the Folders feature to create custom folders and organize your documents.
Absolutely. You can choose to enable OTP, Photo KYC, or Location KYC while sending a document. These features ensure only verified individuals can access or sign your document.
Yes. Corporate users can invite team members and assign roles like Admin, Creator, or Signer. Roles control access to features like document creation, user management, and audit views.
Yes. Corporate users can revoke document access before it is signed. This ensures control even after dispatch and is helpful for accidental sends.
