By registering or using Signeez, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

c. Not upload or transmit malicious, illegal, or unauthorized content.

4. Electronic Signatures and Legal Validity
Signeez enables legally binding e-signatures in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000.
By signing a document electronically through Signeez, you agree that such signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten one.
5. Subscription, Fees, and Payments
a. Certain Services may require paid subscriptions.
b. Fees, plans, and billing details will be displayed on the platform.
c. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through approved payment gateways.
d. Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per our refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, logos, and software are owned by Signeez.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
7. Data Protection and Confidentiality
All user and document data are handled per our Privacy Policy.
We do not access, view, or share document contents except for operational or legal purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Signeez shall not be held liable for:
a. Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access, downtime, or technical errors.
b. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
c. Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for that period.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Signeez if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You may stop using the Service anytime by deleting your account.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to Terms
Signeez reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
